chopped- use any colour. Add jalapenos if you like it spicy.

cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onions, peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink. Add the cream cheese. and stir until melted.
Place beef mixture into a baking pan.
Add the eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, bacon, mustard, ketchup, and chopped pickles. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
Serve with a salad, mashed cauliflower or whatever veggies you like!
