Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

A bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Yellow Onion chopped
  • 1 Medium bell pepper chopped- use any colour. Add jalapenos if you like it spicy.
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 medium egg
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream 38% M.F.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3 Slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, onions, peppers and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink. Add the cream cheese. and stir until melted.
  • Place beef mixture into a baking pan.
  • Add the eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, bacon, mustard, ketchup, and chopped pickles. Stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
  • Serve with a salad, mashed cauliflower or whatever veggies you like!
