1cupGreek yogurtplain, 5% M.F., Liberte (the 10% milk fat yogurt is even better if you can find it)
1/2cupHeavy cream38% M.F.
2tbspSwerve Sweetenerconfectioners
1/4cupFrozen blueberries
Instructions
Place heavy cream and Swerve in a bowl.
Using an electric mixer, whip until 'fluffy'.
Gently fold in the yogurt and the berries.
Pour into a shallow container, cover and freeze.
This frozen yogurt will get quite solid. Allow to sit at room temp for a few minutes before serving or use a scoop heated in hot water to allow for easier scooping.
