Low Carb Fettuccini Alfredo
This twist on a classic uses zero carb noodles (brand names include Miracle Noodles, Zeroodles, nuPasta) made with Konjac flour.

- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 4 tbsp Heavy cream 38% M.F.
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/8 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 pinch Nutmeg ground
- 1 dach Salt and Pepper or to taste
- 1 package Zero Carb Fettuccini use any brand and pasta shape you like
- 2 medium slice Cooked Bacon chopped- this is optional
Melt the butter and cream cheese in a small saucepan on low heat.
Add the heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese, and stir until fully combined.
Season with garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Rinse and dry zero carb noodles. Add them to the sauce and heat.
Add the optional bacon, a bit more grated parmesan and parsley if you like.
This would be delicious with grilled chicken or shrimp!
