Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini spiralized or thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter salted
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto use more if desired
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a frying pan.
  • Add spiralized zucchini and tomatoes. Heat through.
  • Add pesto and stir until combined.
  • Transfer to serving bowl and top with crumbled feta.
