Eating WHOLE FOODS means choosing foods that are as close to their original state as possible…think STEAK (minimally processed) compared to a VEGGIE BURGER (doesn’t grow like this in the field).

Choosing a diet of whole foods that includes MORE FAT (yum) and FEWER CARBS helps to balance blood sugar and hormones, gives you energy and helps you think more clearly….and your CRAVINGS will all but disappear!
