Meet Your Coach
Paulette Kydd
Hi! I’m Paulette. I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, having studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Richmond Hill, Ontario. FOOD.
I’m a wife and mother to 2 wonderful girls, who also love food. (Although, like most kids, they don’t always make the choices that I want them to make!)
In addition to being a Nutrition Coach, I am partnered with 2 local chefs, Jed Lau and Nate Hunniford, and run a cafeteria and catering business in our local schools Ecole St. Marguerite Bourgeoys and Notre-Dame in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. Check out our cooking show, Simply Cooking with Jed and Paulette, on Rogers Cable TV where you can watch us have fun in the kitchen with local area guests.
In the winter months, I teach nutrition at Fanshawe College, Woodstock in the Practical Nursing Program. My goal is to help these future nurses discover how they can improve their health and their own lives by making simple changes to their diet and lifestyle. Consequently, they will model healthy choices and teach their patients to make good choices as well.
