Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
sliced

diced, not peeled

red onion
chopped- use less if you don't like these

chopped orange bell pepper
or use green, red or yellow pepper

black olives
sliced

crumbled feta cheese (or more if desired)

extra virgin olive oil
for dressing

oregano
dried (for dressing)

white balsamic vinegar
for dressing

salt and pepper
for dressing, to taste
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onions and olives in a bowl.
Top with feta cheese.
Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl and drizzle over salad.
Toss to combine.
