Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Place diced ham in the bottom of a 6 x 9 baking dish.
In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over ham.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.
Drizzle hollandaise over the portioned casserole.
