Ingredients

  • 4 oz Ham sliced (diced)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream 38% M.F.
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. 
  • Place diced ham in the bottom of a 6 x 9 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over ham.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.
  • Drizzle hollandaise over the portioned casserole.
