This reminds me of the taste of Hamburger Helper, but much healthier of course!

Ingredients
2tbspOlive oil
2tbspButtersalted
1packagesliced (8 oz) White mushroomssliced (8 oz) White mushrooms
1mediumYellow oniondiced
3cloveGarlic- minced
454gmGround Beef(or other ground meat)
1/2cupHeavy whipping cream38% M.F.
1/4cupWorcestershire sauce
1/4tspOreganodried
1/4tspParsleydried
1/4tspSalt and pepperor to taste
2cupdiced or shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place a pan over medium/high heat and add a little butter and oil.
When the pan is hot, add the mushrooms and onion. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer a couple of minutes.
Add the beef mixture to a greased, 9x13, baking dish. Stir everything together. Top with shredded Swiss cheese and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
