- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Asiago cheese grated, or use 1/4 cup more parmesan
Preheat oven to 350.
Place small mounds of cheese on parchment-lined baking sheets OR place cheese in mini muffin pans, about 1/2 full.
Bake in oven until melted and slightly browned.
