Sheet Pan Rueben Meatballs and Cabbage
Reminiscent of a Reuben sandwich without the bread.

ground, lean (choose any ground meat or combination that you like)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spread shredded cabbage on sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Using your hands, mix all remaining ingredients together. Form into meatballs.
Place meatballs on cabbage on a sheet pan.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until meatballs are cooked thoroughly.
Serve with mashed cauliflower or shirataki rice if you like.
