Low Carb No Bake Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream 38% M.F.
- 2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener confectioners (adjust to your taste- powdered form works best here)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract pure (or use whatever flavour you like!)
Instructions
- Whip the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth.
- Add the whipping cream, sweetener, and flavourings.
- Whip until creamy.
- Portion into serving bowls and top with fresh fruit if desired.
