Make the Quick and Easy Hollandaise sauce to go on top of this casserole. Delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 oz Ham sliced (diced)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream 38% M.F.
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place diced ham in the bottom of a 6 x 9 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over ham.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly firm.
- Drizzle hollandaise over the portioned casserole.
